Booking and Deposits:
In order to place Your booking, You must pay 30% deposit, after we confirm that the apartment is available for the desired time frame. The rest of the amount due is paid at Your check-in.
The deposit can be paid in cash or by bank.
Cancelations:
If You cancel less than 21 days (during July and August) or 10 days (during June and September) to Your arrival, Your deposit is not refundable.
If You cancel earlier of the above dates, Your deposit will be refunded less the bank fees.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in the apartment is after 02:00pm. If You are arriving earlier, please let us know at least 2 days in advance. In case the apartment is available at the time of Your arrival, we will try to accommodate You early.
At Your last day, You have to Check-out by 11:00am. If you wish to Check-out after 11:00pm, please inform us in advance and we will try to extend Your stay with several hours on the condition that the next visitors are not arriving on that day.
Terms of apartment’s use:
Please, take care for the apartment’s equipment and use it as intended only.
Keep the internal community complex rules.
For Your safety, please use careful the electric equipment.
Smoking in doors is prohibited.
All damage done to the apartment and its equipment reimbursed by You.
Maximum number of guests:
Our guest must provide us with its name, the cell phone number to get in touch and the number of persons accompanying him with him during his stay. Only the persons noted in the booking are allowed to stay with You in Your apartment. In case of violation of those terms, Elit 2 community has the right to expel the violators and ask for compensation.
Liability:
Elit 2 community is not liable for personal belongings in case of theft, fire or other acts of criminal behavior.
In case of emergency and inability to accommodate You in the booked apartment, Elit 2 community has the right to accommodate You in similar apartment in the same community complex.
Elit 2 community complex is obligated to keep confidential all facts and details for its guests which have become known in the process of booking.
